Yes Arusha is partnered with Haradali Primary and Secondary Schools, a locally operated institution that provides high quality education with a focus on community development. There are several key staff from Haradali who directly support Yes Arusha's students and projects. We are able to deliver tailored support to each of our students thanks to these incredible people.
SIMON SEVERUA
Founder and School Director
Simon founded Haradali Schools in 2005 with just one classroom and 12 students. Today, the school has two campuses and over 1500 students thanks to his vision. Simon has been the central figure of Yes Arusha's partnership with Haradali Schools.
MALICK MAX
Yes Arusha Sponsorship Coordinator
Malick is in charge of supporting Yes Arusha's sponsored students at Haradali Secondary School. He is a mentor for our students, and ensures that they have the necessary resources and supplies for school.
DELVINA SHIO
Safe House Coordinator
Delvina coordinates the operations of the Safe House. She provides oversight to the day-to-day activities at the house.
ESTER MKINDI
Head Supervisor and Carer - Safe House
Ester is responsible for the supervision and care of all children at the Safe House. She is the reason that the children feel at home there!
DOMINIC WILFRED
Sponsorship Manager
Dominic leads the management of all sponsorships at Haradali Schools. He is our point of contact for all financial and organisational matters.
AIDAN RWAKABUGA
Primary School Headmaster & Scholarship Program Coordinator
Aidan is the Headmaster of Haradali Primary School. He supports Yes Arusha with the
delivery of our scholarship program each year, overseeing the application and interview
process.
